Cancellations | Refunds:

Cancellation requests require written notification to AANP and must be received no later than Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (10:59 p.m. CT). All requests must be submitted through the AANP Help Center. If received by the deadline, a refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for student registrations (entry-level student members only). No refund will be granted to requests submitted after Aug. 19. Conference registration fees are non-transferable.
Conference No-Shows:

If you do not cancel in writing by 11:59 p.m. ET on Aug. 19, and you do not attend the virtual conference, no refund will be granted.
Returned Checks:
​
An administrative fee of $35 will be charged for all checks returned to AANP for insufficient funds.

Use the link below to test your system prior to logging on to the online conference platform. When performing the test, please use the device you will use to log in to the virtual environment.

For the best conference experience, it is recommended that you:

Ensure your operating system is Windows 8 or higher for personal computers, or Mac OS X 10.8 or higher.

Have an internet connection with a download speed of 3 megabits per second (Mbps) or greater.
